Job description

Senior Project Control Specialist (OGCS (Americas), Inc., Katy, TX). Requires 8 years of experience managing large-scale CAPEX Oil & Gas or LNG liquefaction construction projects. Also required is 8 years of experience: performing project schedule development and integration, as well as baseline management and first production forecasting, in the Oil & Gas or LNG construction industries; coordinating major project planning interfaces, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Start-Up; monitoring compliance of contractor schedules and reports with project coordination procedures and providing analyses and forecast prognoses to senior management for management of change (MOCs), providing Risk Modeling support, including generating and running risk models for cost and schedule range/risk analysis, conducting or attending ranging and discrete risk identification workshops, reviewing model results and associated outputs, and producing reports and variance analyses.
