Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field

• 10+ years of project controls, cost controls, or project management experience supporting EPC, marine, offshore, or industrial projects

• Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, forecasting, cost engineering, and earned value management (EVM)

• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel

• Experience managing integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities

• Strong understanding of change management, progress measurement, KPI reporting, and project performance analysis

• Knowledge of offshore or marine construction operations is highly preferred
