Job description

Billing Administrator

Experience in project billing and account receivables. Must be reliable and able to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Collect all documents for billing the project (timesheets, outside costs, hotel receipts, etc.)

- Issue invoices and billing adjustments (credits/debits)

- Enter data into system for invoicing (SAP., ARRIBA, ETC.)

- Issue invoices and send them to customers through various channels (email, upload, etc.)

- Respond to customers inquiries.

- Communicate with Project Managers regarding billing questions and resolve issues

- Assist Manager on various tasks related to preparations for billing on specific accounts

- Preform special billing projects upon request

- Able to communicate well with all levels of management
