Looking for your next opportunity in project accounting? We're partnering with a well-established professional services firm seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join their growing team.

If you have experience supporting project-based accounting in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or professional services industry, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
  • Manage project billing from setup through invoice generation
  • Review contracts, fee schedules, and billing terms
  • Partner with Project Managers to monitor budgets, WIP, AR, and project financials
  • Prepare billing and financial reports
  • Maintain project records in Deltek Vantagepoint
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of project accounting or project billing experience
  • Background in AEC or professional services REQUIRED
  • Experience with contract billing, WIP, revenue recognition, and project financial reporting
  • Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision experience REQUIRED
  • Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
