Over thecourse of a 10-12-week internship, interns are immersed in thebusiness-contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gainingvaluable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentionallearning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences aredesigned to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-timeopportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.
Program Overview
Kohler'sHR Internship provides a hands-on opportunity to explore the dynamic world ofHuman Resources while contributing to meaningful projects that support ourpeople and business strategy. As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to avariety of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience,Learning & Development, and Total Rewards, while partnering with teamsacross the organization. Through project-based learning, you will work oninitiatives that enhance workplace culture, strengthen employee engagement, andimprove HR processes. In addition, you will have opportunities to participatein networking events and cross-functional learning experiences designed toexpand your HR knowledge and professional skills. Throughout the internship, youwill receive mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals who arecommitted to supporting your growth, development, and career success.
What You'll Do
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders with day-to-day HR policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Compensation and other Enterprise HR functions to drive talent ad and culture initiatives across various Kitchen and Bath businesses.
  • Assist HRBPs with the exempt/non-exempt hiring process.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRBPs and Hiring Managers as needed to ensure a gracious candidate and associate experience.
  • Act as a member of the broader HRBP team within North America, attending meetings and presenting updates on various projects as appropriate.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program from an accredited institution with a major in human resources management, Business, or a related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
