Overview
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team under the direction of the Project Executives. This role is responsible for coordinating project administration, maintaining project information in company systems, supporting financial and contractual documentation, and ensuring project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. The location is full time in the South Florida, Miami Branch.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate project information in Groundworks (GW), SharePoint (SP), and Project Performance Management (PPM) for opportunities and active projects.
  • Process purchase order requisitions, vendor invoices, and other project documentation in a timely manner.
  • Support Project Managers with project administration while ensuring compliance with established company procedures.
  • Assist in preparing change order proposals and other project correspondence for Project Manager review.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders as directed.
  • Review project documentation to identify inconsistencies between proposals, scope of work, and project specifications.
  • Support subcontract administration, project updates, lessons learned, and closeout activities.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly project updates within PPM and other required reporting systems.
  • Prioritize multiple deadlines while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with project management systems such as Groundworks (GW), SharePoint (SP), and PPM is preferred.
  • Construction, engineering, or project administration experience is preferred.
