About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Associate Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator to support the Senior Director of Construction in managing construction projects, operational workflows, reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, and is motivated by finding smarter, more efficient ways to get work done.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable using technology to improve visibility, accountability, and execution across multiple construction initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Project Coordination & Execution
  • Support day-to-day project management activities across new builds, renovations, remodels, and other construction-related initiatives.
  • Track project milestones, schedules, deliverables, approvals, risks, and open items to help keep projects on time and aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, meeting agendas, status reports, action logs, and executive-level summaries.
  • Follow up on outstanding items, decisions, documentation, and approvals to keep projects moving forward.

Technology, Systems & Process Improvement
  • Leverage project management platforms, reporting tools, dashboards, AI-enabled solutions, and collaboration software to improve visibility, communication, and decision-making across construction projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate recurring tasks, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance team productivity through innovative tools, process improvements, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain organized digital files, project documentation, vendor records, schedules, budgets, and construction-related data while exploring smarter ways to structure, analyze, and access information.
  • Support the implementation, optimization, and adoption of tools used by the construction team, including project trackers, document management systems, budget tools, communication platforms, and AI-driven productivity solutions.
  • Bring a curious, innovative mindset by recommending better ways to manage information, track progress, communicate updates, reduce manual effort, and improve overall project execution.
  • Explore practical uses of AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve forecasting, reporting, documentation, follow-up tracking, and overall construction team efficiency.

Reporting & Communication
  • Create clear, concise, and professional updates for leadership, business partners, and project stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, project recaps, financial summaries, and status dashboards.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and follow-up items in a timely and organized manner.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for project information so stakeholders have what they need to make decisions.

Budget, Vendor & Administrative Support
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice coordination, purchase orders, change orders, and project closeout documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to collect proposals, schedules, insurance documents, permits, and other required materials.
  • Support contract administration, payment tracking, and documentation workflows.
  • Help maintain accurate records for project costs, timelines, deliverables, and vendor performance.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor degree preferred, ideally in construction management, architecture, engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, project management, real estate, facilities, retail construction, or a related environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through without heavy direction.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, schedules, project documents, vendor communications, and executive-level reporting.
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred, including familiarity with drawings, permits, bids, change orders, schedules, and closeout documentation.

Pay Range:$64,900---$87,800
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
