Job description

Information Technology Project Manager

HC Insurance Claims & Duals

LOCAL W2 Only

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. PM's will be implementing new business registration platforms.

  • Function as a liaison between stakeholders, business owners, system users and vendors
  • Provide full lifecycle project management expertise and oversight for systems implementation
  • Establish and deliver accountability matrix and project plans
  • Create and manage status reports and manage weekly delivery meetings
  • Lead pre and post implementation meetings to include resource management, deployment and cut over updates, training and more
  • Strong PM experience delivering large system implementations
  • Strategic and tactical project management
  • Knowledge and experience delivery for highly regulated industries
