• Assist in tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and coordinating project-related communications.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Operations, and Construction to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Monitor project risks and assist in problem-solving to keep projects on track.
• Engage with external partners, including consultants, permitting authorities, and vendors, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and presentations for both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless transition from project planning to execution, supporting the necessary handoffs between teams.
What You'll Bring:
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, coordination, or related roles, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate across multiple teams.
• Experience managing schedules, workflows, or project documentation.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) or other organizational tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
