Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Glazing Project Manager to join our Winnipeg branch. This role is designed for an experienced glazing professional who has successfully managed large commercial projects and is ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities within a growing organization.

A Day in the Life
  • Lead complex commercial glazing projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Review and interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, and project requirements
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, labour productivity, and financial performance
  • Coordinate schedules, manpower planning, fabrication, procurement, and installation activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors
  • Lead negotiations and resolve project-related challenges
  • Oversee project risk management and change order processes
  • Mentor and support junior project team members
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience managing commercial glazing projects
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued between $500K and $2M+
  • Extensive knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and commercial glazing systems
  • Strong contract administration, budgeting, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • PMP designation considered an asset
  • Education in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field considered an asset
  • Advanced proficiency with project management software including Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
