Job description

This position will be based out of IMC Construction's Woodbridge, NJ office. 
  • Compose, edit, log, and distribute letters, memos, reports and other correspondence.
  • Log, maintain, and distribute drawings, specs and all construction related documents.
  • Order hard copy prints/materials for field staff as needed.
  • Edit, proof, distribute, track, log and file Letters of Intent, Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Owner Change Orders and the like.
  • Assemble, edit, proof, distribute, track and file CCDS, Owner Reports, and Invoices, etc.
  • Edit, proof, distribute and file all project related meeting minutes, submittals and RFI’s as required for the project. 
  •  Facilitate, manage, organize, and request, with the assistance of project team members, the closeout and punch-list process.
  •  Assist the receptionist with phone coverage as needed; process incoming mail and any other duties as necessary or assigned.
  • Assist Preconstruction/Estimating Department with Prequalification & CCIP verification for both Enrolled and Excluded Subcontractors.
  • Other assignments as required by Project Team and Office Staff.
  • Assist CM, PM, APM, and Superintendent with all documentation, communication, and organization of Construction project(s).
  • Assist Owners, Design Team, and Subcontractors with project needs.
  • Ability to multi-task, often switching between tasks as needed or requested by project team(s).
