  • Manage project execution and day-to-day delivery, including planning, tracking progress, and proactively addressing design, technical, and coordination issues.
  • Support broader firmwide initiatives related to design excellence, technical standards, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement across the practice.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to emerging professionals, fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Ensure that all project work complies with applicable codes, standards, and best practices, and support construction administration activities such as RFIs, submittals, and site visits.

  • Proven experience leading complex architectural projects, preferably in Commercial and/or K–12 sectors.
  • Experience with construction administration, including coordination with contractors and review of RFIs and submittals.
  • Strong architectural design skills with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into clear, buildable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills, including comfort presenting to clients and stakeholders.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and visual communication.
  • Exposure to BIM coordination tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to participate in and contribute to firmwide initiatives related to design excellence and technical best practices.
