At Adrenaline Monkey, guests can experience:Ninja Warrior Obstacle CoursesRock ClimbingAerial CoursesVertical AdventuresLocation: 26800 Renaissance Pkwy., Warrensville Heights, OH 44128Job Description: An Adventure Troop Member is responsible for a varying number of activities throughout their shift, providing participants with a high-quality experience. Daily activities include, but are not limited to:Check-in members and customers for daily activitiesEnsure correct equipment is available for the adventure course and proper set up of all play areasEnsure events start on time and are paced accuratelyProvide supervision on adventure elements as neededKeep supervisor informed of issues and updatesAssist in program coordinationBe knowledgeable about prices, programming, and eventsResolve all guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to the appropriate ManagerRespond to all incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations; complete and file corresponding paperwork as necessaryKnow and enforce the facility's policies, procedures, and rulesOpportunities to provide adventure instruction and coach youth (based on experience)Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as directed by managementSupervision Received: An Adventure Troop Member reports directly to the Supervisor/Manager on Duty.
