CIMCO Refrigeration Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the US Construction Department.
This position provides project coordination and administrative support to enhance departmental efficiency and assist project managers, construction staff, and internal stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage partial and full waiver requests from CIMCO subcontractors.
โ€ข Prepare CIMCO waivers, obtain authorized internal signatures, and submit completed documentation to general contractors.
โ€ข Assist with payroll administration activities as required.
โ€ข Prepare client invoices and distribute them to designated client representatives.
โ€ข Update CIMCO systems with current and approved billing plans.
โ€ข Receive, organize, and store site documentation in appropriate company systems.
โ€ข Manage receipt of site materials within CIMCO ERP systems.
โ€ข Assist with the review and correction of vendor invoices.
โ€ข Support procurement and maintenance of business and contractor licensing.
โ€ข Provide BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) support to field and office personnel.
โ€ข Collaborate with Human Resources to complete Contractor Qualification documentation for General Contractors.
โ€ข Create purchase requisitions for equipment, materials, and purchase orders using SAP.
โ€ข Perform additional project-related coordination and administrative tasks as required.
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
โ€ข College degree in Business, Construction, or a related discipline is preferred.
โ€ข One (1) to three (3) years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
โ€ข Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP is preferred.
โ€ข Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
โ€ข Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
