Administrative Services Assistant Job Description
  • Assist Tennessee county finance directors, county mayors, and Ernst and Young staff to upload required documentation to the Grant Management System Portal.
  • Assist counties and Ernst and Young to swiftly/timely process and receive procurement approvals.
  • Track procurement progress and provide a weekly report to Local Health Infrastructure leadership team.
  • Upload invoices to the Grant Management System portal and track the time it takes for counties to be reimbursed.
  • Consult Local Health Infrastructure Project Admin-Lead to troubleshoot procurement and invoice issues to ensure an expedited resolution.
  • Assist in tracking all Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) building projects.
  • Travel to county mayor offices may be required to assist county staff with organizing and uploading required documentation.
  • Computer skills are required. Candidate must be versed in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Candidate must have the ability to work effectively with others, contribute to a team's success, and foster a positive work environment.
