Job description

24/7 Motorcoach is looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle being under the pressure of deadlines. Someone who is punctual and shows up to work.
Am I looking for you? Someone who doesn't shy away from new things and is willing to take on tasks and wanting to excel at them. 24/7 is looking for someone with a wide range of skills and/or willing to learn more. Someone who doesn't like the mundane office job, but likes to have a variety.

We need a someone who doesn't mind helping multiple departments with skills in:
* Company Projects/Execution - Licensing, Tax reports, Audits **Knowledge about quarterly tax filings a plus

* Sales Financing Paperwork  - including credit apps, title work and sales tax reports
* Social Media - communicating with potential clients thru media platforms
* Business Applications and Account Set-up for businesses and vendors etc.
* Scheduling - keeping management on schedule and track
*Bookkeeping - Quickbooks skills a plus
* Know your way around a computer and all that comes with it- Microsoft documents, excel, emails etc. 
* People person with outgoing personality who loves to talk to customers

* Need to be organized and have the ability to MULTI-TASK 
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are MUST
* Willing to learn
Basic Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and through email.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and follow up with clients as needed
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain client and billing files
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Ability to enter Invoices and file correctly
  • Assist with Sales/Rental Contracts
  • Assist General manager with caries projects and tasks
  • Assist Service writer with collections
