Non-exempt role; Takes daily direction from a Project Accounting Team Lead; Assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently. Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / BusinessSelf-motivated, problem-solving, mentor, communication, time managementExtensive technical skills Microsoft Word, Excel, ReportsNow, etc.Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others at the workplace Functional Requirements:Employee must help Project Accountants prepare and submit to our clients, detailed and accurate invoices of reimbursable costs associated with maintenance and construction projects; employee must effectively communicate and work closely with other departments, field personnel and client representatives to adequately compile invoicing information and problem resolution; employee must work well with other Project Accountants and offer assistance when a co-workers workload deems necessary.
