How You'll Make a Difference

Your work ensures our reporting is accurate, our projects stay on track, and our leadership team has the insight they need to make sound decisions.

This role plays a key part in our monthly close process and in maintaining the financial integrity of every project we touch.

What You'll Do

  • Support the monthly accounting close and reporting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and Percentage of Completion (POC) entries

  • Monitor vendor and subcontractor invoices, commissions, compliance documentation, and overall project financial activity

  • Generate and analyze reports including Payroll, A/R, A/P, Contract Status, and Job Cost, identifying discrepancies and trends

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, and internal controls

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3+ years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables

  • Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven, evolving environment

  • A growth mindset - you're naturally curious, quick to learn, and motivated to deepen your knowledge every day

  • Experience with WIP or Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is a plus, not a requirement
