Job Quick Facts:
• Specialty: OB/GYN Hospitalist
• Job Type: Permanent
• Facility Location: Seattle, WA
• Service Setting: Inpatient
• Reason For Coverage: Vacancy
• Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Work Schedule: 24-hour shifts; 6 to 8 shifts/month
• Annual Deliveries:
- Fac 1: 6,000
- Fac 2: 1,800
• Specialty Back-up: MFM, OB providers
• Procedures:
- GYN procedures includes diagnostic laparoscopy
- Manage obstetric triage and emergency situations, including ectopic pregnancies and torsions
• Other Info:
- Will work/cover 2 facilities
- Participate in academic activities; teaching OB fellows & residents from OB & family medicine programs
Requirements:
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• Active WA License or ability to obtain
• DEA
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
• Prior OB Hospitalist work experience (preferred)
