Champion Window - District Sales Manager

If you are enthusiastic and financially driven individual with leadership and in-home sales experience, join the Champion Window team! As a District Sales Manager for Champion Window, you will recruit, hire and train great employees, drive sales and grow the business profits for multiple Champion locations.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals. Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching. Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations. Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team. Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment. Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

As a District Sales Manager for Champion Window, you must be a successful, confident sales leader who has experience effectively leading sales business. Excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for your success in this role.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with in-home sales strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals. Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.

Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting

Experience managing Profit and Loss Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends Ability to travel to multiple locations
