Job description

The Executive Vice President of Sales is responsible for delivering company revenue targets by building a predictable, high-quality pipeline and driving consistent sales execution across all channels. This role leads the sales organization with a focus on accountability, conversion efficiency, and scalable growth through both direct and partner-driven revenue streams.

The EVP of Sales establishes and enforces a disciplined sales operating system, ensuring alignment across teams and functions while developing strong leaders capable of scaling the organization. Success in this role is measured by the ability to translate sales activity into predictable revenue outcomes and sustained business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Own all sales results across outside sales and partner-driven channels
  • Deliver revenue targets through disciplined execution of the sales process
  • Translate company revenue goals into clear quotas, activity expectations, and performance standards
  • Inspect pipeline health, deal progression, and forecasting with high frequency
  • Drive conversion of marketing- and partner-generated opportunities into closed revenue
  • Drive production and growth of new bank and ISV partnerships
  • Establish and enforce performance standards for partner-driven deal flow
  • Align outside sales teams to effectively convert partner-sourced leads
  • Ensure partner relationships produce measurable revenue outcomes, not just lead volume
  • Implement and enforce standardized sales processes and playbooks across the organization
  • Drive CRM discipline, data integrity, and real-time pipeline visibility
  • Ensure consistency and accountability in execution across all sales teams
  • Lead, coach, and hold sales leadership accountable, including Directors and Managers
  • Build a performance-driven culture anchored in ownership, accountability, and results
  • Make decisive talent decisions based on performance and organizational needs
  • Develop and mentor next-level leaders capable of scaling the sales organization
5. Cross-Functional Alignment & Enterprise Impact
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Partner Success, Customer Experience, Product, and Executive Leadership to align sales execution with enterprise goals
  • Ensure cross-functional feedback loops improve lead quality, conversion performance, onboarding, retention, and long-term customer value
6. Strategic Planning, Executive Representation & Business Scaling
  • Support development of sales strategy, annual planning, and resource allocation
  • Scale revenue streams and improve organizational effectiveness as the business grows
  • Represent the organization in key client, partner, and executive engagements
Additional Responsibilities
  • Monitor KPIs related to conversion rates, pipeline quality, and sales productivity
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to Product and Executive Leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline predictability
  • Travel as required to support business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of company goals and business needs
