Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative Position in FIFE WA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service Representative, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

· Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

· Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

· Monitor progress of delivery routes

· Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

· Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Requirements:

• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.

• High school diploma/GED
