Fred Beans Home and Auto does much more than car insurance. Partners include the best-known companies to offer home, business/commercial, motorcycles, RV's, life and more. Compensation is based on an agent's ability to add these other lines of business into the sales process.

Your role will include assessing and solving customer insurance needs, explaining policy options, occasional policy changes and billing support.

You will collaborate with a team of agents and car salespeople to offer unparalleled service. Our leads come from the car salespeople; they encourage customers to get insurance quotes while purchasing or servicing a vehicle in 1 of our 31 stores. The leads provided to you will be customers with an existing relationship with the Fred Beans Auto Group.
