Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide quotes and sell insurance products.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular follow-ups to review policies and cross-sell additional products.

Agency Goals:

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the agency.

Participate in team meetings to strategize and share best practices for hitting sales targets.

Marketing and Lead Generation:

Utilize agency-provided tools (e.g., CRM systems) to manage leads and track progress.

Leverage social media and community engagement to generate leads and promote agency visibility.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on all insurance products and industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.

Requirements

Must hold or be willing to obtain a General Lines Texas License.
