POSITION SUMMARY: 

Cority is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to develop and optimize email nurture programs that generate engagement and demand for our leading EHSQ software solutions throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of targeted lead nurturing campaigns focused on increased lead readiness for the sales team. 

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creating nurture programs – ideally within Pardot – and able to manage multiple programs/projects at one time. Candidate must be knowledgeable about the B2B sales funnel, the various lead stages, and tactics for educating and delighting both leads and accounts. 

Our ideal candidate has experience in lifecycle marketing programs and email campaigns, building nurture and drip programs, implementing email best practices, and creating engaging email content. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Create optimized nurture programs to increase lead engagement at scale across several audience segments and improve lead readiness throughout the lifecycle 
  • Build, execute, and maintain high-impact, multi-touch email nurture campaigns based on the specific objectives of each – whether that be education and awareness, MQL creation, pipeline acceleration, or customer expansion 
  • Analyze email performance continuously, perform A/B tests and optimize email campaigns for improved performance, make recommendations/ share findings with Marketing team 
  • Oversee the execution of the monthly prospect newsletter; Recommend and develop additional subscription opportunities for increasing engagement with existing prospect universe 
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies into other areas of the lead funnel 
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for email marketing best practices, including deliverability and engagement 
  • Work directly with channel and program managers to coordinate related campaign activities such as social/display ads, emails, and microsites 
  • Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns 
  • Partner with both internal and external teams in support of campaign asset creation and execution as needed 

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in demand generation, B2B SaaS or software experience preferred 
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Pardot or similar marketing automation platform and Salesforce 
  • Background or experience in any of the verticals or markets that Cority serves is a plus, including environmental, health, safety, sustainability, quality 
  • Experience designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically nurture programs and drip campaigns 
  • Demonstrated understanding of a B2B marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys 
  • Solid background in implementing email best practices (strategy, segmentation, optimized messaging, personalization, and deliverability), adhering to compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, reduce over-mailing, and spam regulation (CAN/SPAM). 
  • Creative and business writer, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, commitment to delivering high-quality and error-free work 
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results possible 
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact with the audience and colleagues across the globe in a polished and professional demeanor
