Join our growing team! We are looking for a Restaurant Manager!


As a Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.


In this position you will:

  • Lead the restaurant by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
  • Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing guest satisfaction
  • Follow, achieve and exceed the Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
  • Schedule, organize and manage staff shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure calibration, and all compliance with sanitation and health & safety regulations
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
  • Recruit, train, coach and discipline a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Train new and current employees on proper guest service practices
  • Promote a respectful team environment and lead team members with open communication and understanding
  • Receive, manage inventory, ordering and audit to meet and exceed the Tim Hortons metrics
  • Learn all position (back of house, front of house) to cover and improve the work environment as needed
  • Work & manage different shift as needed
  • Work and motivate the team to work in a fast pace environment and greet guests and taking customers' orders
  • Count and audit float registers as needed
  • Perform other job duties as required
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid open work permit for 3+ years.
