Starting salary of $62,000 annually, or salary aligned with experience and licensure, plus mileage reimbursement.

Position Details

  • Overseeing the profit and loss for the program and managing daily operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field required.
  • Licensed in PAor license eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS)
  • Experience in the behavioral health field with:
    • Two years in a mental health setting.
    • Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Possess at least two years of program management experience.
