Job Summary:
Constellation West is an award-winning company that delivers Information Technology (IT) engineering services and solutions worldwide. They are seeking a Program Manager to assist with the development and management of project plans, foster collaboration among teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development and management of comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assist with defining and managing project scope, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and objectives.
• The Contractor shall implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate project deliverables against established standards.
• Adhere to the implementation of change management strategies provided by the government to address adjustments in project scope or requirements.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively address project issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks, working to find timely and effective solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum currently active DoD Secret Clearance
• Availability to travel if needed to NSWC-Philadelphia
• Seven (7) years’ experience in managing a team in information technology and serving as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
• Five (5) years related to information systems preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited college or university
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) desired
