Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives across multiple platform and shared services teams. This individual will oversee complex, cross-functional efforts, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans remain aligned while driving execution across a broad range of technical workstreams.

This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively partner with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders while operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing without direct authority, and providing structure across large-scale technology programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a portfolio of technology initiatives across multiple engineering and platform teams.
  • Manage program dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery sequencing across workstreams.
  • Partner with technical leaders to establish priorities, scope, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Provide visibility into program health, key decisions, risks, and overall progress to executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure successful delivery of shared objectives.
  • Support Agile and scaled delivery practices while maintaining governance and accountability.
  • Drive ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across participating teams.
  • Establish clarity in complex environments where priorities, responsibilities, and requirements may evolve.
  • Collaborate with resource and team managers to ensure appropriate staffing and execution support.
  • Deliver concise and effective program communications to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of program management, portfolio management, or related leadership experience.
  • Experience leading large, complex technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms, applications, data services, integration technologies, and access management concepts.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scaled Agile, or hybrid delivery environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $75.00/hr.
