Role Overview - Why This Role Matters
The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the delivery of strategic initiatives across Protegrity's product and platform portfolio, ensuring predictable execution and alignment with business objectives.
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Executive Leadership to drive cross-functional programs, improve delivery maturity, and provide visibility into portfolio performance.
The position plays a critical role in scaling program management practices while enabling innovation across cloud, data security, and AI data security solutions.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the Program Management function and establish scalable governance, delivery frameworks, and operating practices that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive execution of strategic product, platform, and business initiatives, ensuring alignment between roadmap priorities and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to coordinate cross-functional planning, execution, and release activities.
  • Manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and trade-offs to support predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide executive leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health, delivery performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead governance and delivery processes for AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and measurable business impact.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery predictability, operational excellence, and program management maturity.
  • Coach, develop, and lead a team of Program Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience within enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology organizations.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Program Managers or related delivery professionals.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.
  • Proven success building, scaling, or transforming Program Management or PMO organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI-driven SDLC, DevOps, and program management processes, with experience establishing governance, workflows, and accountability models that integrate human teams, intelligent agents, and automation across planning, execution, release management, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing portfolio governance, risk management, capacity planning, and executive stakeholder communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organization.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with data security, encryption, tokenization, key management, or compliance-focused technologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
  • Knowledge of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and governance frameworks supporting responsible AI adoption.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or similar program management certifications.
