Air Force by providing processes and tools to enable the enterprise division and its customers to acquire, develop, manage, transform, inspect, store, distribute, and maintain technical data. Recognized as the authority in technical data management, the program sustains two Air Force Enterprise systems. About The Role Peraton is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Manager to lead the Product Data Systems Support program in support of the U.S. Air Force Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Product Data Services Division (LZP). Location: On-site at Robins AFB, Georgia Role & Responsibilities: The program manger will be responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of the program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. * Program Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a team establishing clear performance expectations and developing talent across the program.
* Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor with proactive communication and mission-focused delivery.
* DevSecOps & Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee DevSecOps and infrastructure support for USAF product data systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations across all program environments.
* Contract & Financial Management: Manage all financial aspects of the contract; ensure on-budget delivery, accurate forecasting, and compliance with all contractual obligations.
* Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Solutions Architects and technical leads to identify and implement innovations that improve program performance and reduce cost.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 10+ years of program/project management experience in DoD IT/software programs.
* Proven experience with USAF or DoD enterprise IT systems and mission environments.
* Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
* PMP certification or equivalent program management credential
* U.S. citizenship required.
* Active Secret security clearance, with final Top Secret clearance eligibility.Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting AFLCMC or Air Force Life Cycle Management programs.
* Familiarity with A-TEAM, TOAP, or similar USAF technical data systems.
Details Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
