About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that support organizational objectives and client commitments. The Program Manager will serve as a key leader responsible for overseeing complex programs from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This position requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders, resources, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.


As a trusted partner to leadership, clients, and project teams, the Program Manager will help establish best practices, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop solutions that support operational excellence and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities


Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure programs remain aligned with strategic business objectives and client expectations.
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are achieved.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership, clients, project teams, and business partners.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Present program updates, recommendations, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor expenditures and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and control costs.
  • Ensure projects are staffed appropriately and resources are utilized effectively.
  • Track financial performance and identify opportunities to improve program profitability and efficiency.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Identify potential risks, challenges, and operational issues before they impact program success.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruption.
  • Lead crisis management efforts and facilitate timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Implement corrective actions when project performance deviates from established goals.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor program performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, executive summaries, project documentation, and status reports.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Electrical Sector, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing complex programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing reports, proposals, and executive-level communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Large scale construction or data center specific experience
