Capgemini est a la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire de programme PLM senior pour se joindre a sa pratique mondiale PLM, dans le cadre d'un mandat de transformation numerique a long terme avec un important leader de l'industrie aerospatiale et defense au Canada.
Ce programme ambitieux vise a moderniser l'ensemble de la chaine de valeur manufacturiere - de la fabrication a l'assemblage final - en deployant les solutions PLM (DELMIA) et MES (APRISO) de Dassault Systemes sur plusieurs sites, en etroite coordination avec la migration vers SAP S/4HANA. L'ambition depasse la simple modernisation des outils : il s'agit de transformer les processus, de repenser les facons de travailler et d'instaurer une continuite numerique entre l'ingenierie et la fabrication.
En tant que responsable de la transformation, vous serez le point d'ancrage cote affaires pour cette transformation - en etant base(e) en permanence chez le client dans la region de Montreal. Vous assurerez la coherence entre les equipes TI, ingenierie et fabrication, tout en gerant la relation client et en developpant progressivement l'equipe et la presence de Capgemini autour du programme.

  • Gestion de programme
  • Controler la portee - maintenir les limites du programme et signaler/faire escalader de facon proactive les ecarts
  • Coordonner les activites TI (technologies numeriques) et les activites d'affaires (ingenierie et fabrication)
  • Mettre en place, animer et faire vivre la gouvernance du programme - comites, reddition de comptes, prises de decision
  • Gerer en mode semi-agile avec des lots de travaux - livrer la valeur de maniere incrementale
  • Assurer le suivi quotidien de l'avancement (stand-ups, Jira)
  • Faciliter l'engagement des parties prenantes et les ateliers de co-creation
  • Assurer la coherence du positionnement des capacites entre les systemes (PLM, MES/APRISO, SAP S/4HANA)
  • Coordonner la gestion du changement et les activites d'adoption des utilisateurs
  • Escalader les risques aupres de la haute direction du client et presenter lors des comites executifs
  • Developpement des affaires et construction d'equipe
  • Identifier et qualifier des opportunites de developpement chez le client - extensions de portee, nouveaux volets, nouveaux sites
  • Positionner l'expertise et les offres de Capgemini (pratique PLM mondiale, aerospatiale et defense)

Vos competences et votre experience
  • 15+ ans d'experience en gestion de programmes complexes de transformation numerique
  • Experience confirmee en environnement manufacturier / atelier de production
  • Solide experience en PLM et MES - connaissance des solutions Dassault Systemes (DELMIA, APRISO) fortement souhaitee
  • Comprehension des integrations PLM-MES-ERP (SAP S/4HANA)
  • Experience en gestion du changement et adoption a grande echelle

Capgemini is looking for a senior PLM Program Manager to join its Global PLM Practice as part of a long-term digital transformation engagement with a major Aerospace & Defense industry leader in Canada.
This ambitious program aims to modernize the entire manufacturing value chain - from fabrication to final assembly - by deploying Dassault Systemes PLM (DELMIA) and MES (APRISO) solutions across multiple sites, in close coordination with the migration to SAP S/4HANA. The ambition goes beyond toolset modernization: it is about transforming processes, reshaping ways of working and establishing digital continuity between Engineering and Manufacturing.
As Transformation Lead, you will be the Business-side pivot of the transformation - permanently on-site at the client's premises in Montreal area. You will ensure cohesion across IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, while managing the client relationship and progressively building the Capgemini team and footprint around the program.

  • Program Management
  • Scope control - maintain program boundaries, proactively flag and escalate deviations
  • Coordinate IT (Digital Technologies) and Business activities (Engineering & Manufacturing)
  • Build, animate and keep alive the program governance structure - committees, reporting, decisions

Your Skills and Experience

  • 15+ years managing complex digital transformation programs
  • Proven experience in Manufacturing / Shopfloor environments
  • Solid PLM and MES background - knowledge of Dassault Systemes solutions (DELMIA, APRISO) strongly preferred
  • Understanding of PLM-MES-ERP integrations (SAP S/4HANA)
  • Experience in change management and large scale user adoption
  • Background in Aerospace & Defense - a strong asset
  • Strong command of Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, hybrid / semi-agile approaches
  • Ability to design and operate complex governance structures across multiple stakeholders
