The 1LMX Program Management Operations (PMO) within Enterprise Operations is hiring a Program Manager to provide oversight for 1LMX Portfolios and Products.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Managing 1LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs
• Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product
• Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
• Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
• Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products
Responsible for ensuring that customer needs are satisfied through managing and coordinating specific informational technology deliverables; the overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirement. Manages company and third party vendors as well as assure that an integrated software and hardware solution is provided to meet customer's need. May include responsibility for technical development. At the higher level, incumbents are instrumental in overall planning and selling of services. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications
- Project/Program Management experience in a Business Area
- Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
- Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
- Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
- Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
- Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- US Citizenship required due to system access

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$118000.00 - $219100.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
