Purpose of the role:

To act as an empowered catalyst for the Global Key Account Program, supporting Global Directors, and firm leadership in executing client-centric growth strategies. Through strong collaboration with regional leaders, attorneys, and business development professionals around the world, the role ensures the firm's key account initiatives are aligned, actionable, and focused on delivering measurable value to clients and the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects that support and advance the Dentons Global Key Account Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Document and capture key outcomes, decisions, and action items from Global Key Account meetings.
  • Maintain and continuously update client information, including reports, account plans, and client portal content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Proactively engage with internal stakeholders, providing insights and information to help drive business objectives for key client relationships.
  • Actively participate in Global Key Account meetings and contribute to ongoing strategy discussions.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date account plans, incorporating new developments, insights, and changes following each interaction.
  • Support follow-up activities by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of agreed action steps.
  • Partner with CRM managers to maintain high-quality client data, ensuring contacts are accurately captured and included in relevant communications, events, and campaigns.
  • Support regional client and market leaders, as well as attorneys, in delivering client development initiatives and events.
  • Respond to attorney and internal stakeholder requests in a professional, timely, and client-focused manner.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly reporting for the Global Key Account Program, highlighting performance, insights, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client and market leaders to drive tailored business development initiatives that support growth across key accounts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with peers, share project completion responsibilities and work to provide efficient and positive support across the GKA program.
  • Contribute positively to a high-performing, collaborative team culture by demonstrating a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years previous experience working in a law firm or professional services business development or marketing role, with law firm experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, or comparable tools
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to prepare and present to firm leadership
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, use of CoPilot (or similar) and AI tools for project management and workflow

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a marketing, communications, sales or organizational development area of study
