We're looking for a Brand Ambassador Intern to help implement, grow and manage our brand ambassador program and community relationships!

About the Brand Ambassador Program

We recruit the micro-influencers on campus to be the face of the brand. These ambassadors are the face of our brand on campus and use their influence to create awareness, drive leads and ultimately refer leases to the property. Ambassadors and Affiliates get exclusive merch, attend exciting events, and gain valuable sales and marketing experience. As the Brand Ambassador Intern, you will be the leader of this group of influencers, tasked with identifying and recruiting the right candidates, managing contracts and planning exciting and engaging events.

ย ย ย ย ย  Identify potential Brand Ambassadors at Texas A&M

ย ย ย ย ย  Recruit, interview and onboard all Brand Ambassadors

ย ย ย ย ย  Manage recruiting follow ups and onboarding process in HubSpot

ย ย ย ย ย  Administer Ambassador contracts

ย ย ย ย ย  Build relationships and coordinate communication with Brand Ambassadors

Requirements

ย ย ย ย ย  Current college student in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related fields of study

ย ย ย ย ย  Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok and GroupMe preferred

ย ย ย ย ย  Bonus points for experience with CasaPerks or HubSpot

ย ย ย ย ย  Fluent in the English language and its rules and proper usage

ย ย ย ย ย  Experience as a brand ambassador is a plus

Benefits

This paid internship will run from June 2026 to December 2026. The internship will be approximately 15 - 25 hours per week. Pay is $15 per hour.
