Essential Functions: · Work with leadership team and contractor’s staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effective · Implement large-scale technology and process improvements · Provide ongoing support for operations and technology · Strategically facilitate business-driven job placements as an active member of the leadership team · Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance · Accurately track and report all data associated with contract obligations · Evaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and draft quarterly team goals · Provide requested status reports and other data for EDSI administrative staff · Ensure data entered on the required systems is current and accurate · Manage ISO compliance and audits · Maintain updated organizational chart and staff directory · Other opportunities as available Education and Experience Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree is preferred · 5–10 years of relevant leadership experience · Experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating procedures · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills · Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Job Ad Program Director Gulf Coast Region Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone’s life?
