THE BASICS
Pay: Depending on experience, education, and Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification, you earn a competitive salary of $54,000 - 59,200 per year
We also offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus
Schedule: Some flexibility is required, and there is an on-call schedule.

YOUR DAY AS OUR PROGRAM DIRECTOR
You're at the forefront of delivering comprehensive therapeutic and clinical services to our residents with disabilities. Overseeing the daily operations of our small group home, you manage a wide variety of areas to ensure we provide the best-personalized care we can. You develop structured routines and schedules for our residents that fit their preferences and individual service plans (ISPs).
Coordinating with our care team, you tailor therapeutic programming and implement strategies to promote positive behaviors and encourage growth. You also ensure our residents' emotional and clinical needs are met by overseeing medication administration, encouraging community engagement, and using de-escalation techniques when necessary.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:
  • A college degree
  • Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or MAP certification
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience working with adults diagnosed with a chronic condition such as an acquired brain injury (ABI) or intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/D)
