Position Title:
Assistant Men's & Women's Water Polo Coach
Job Description:
Reporting to the Interim Head Men's and Women's Water Polo coach, the Assistant Coach is responsible for working, as directed, with the Interim Head Coach toward the planning and execution of a successful program. This individual will assist in overseeing coaching, recruitment, and retention of the Water Polo Programs for the University. This position ensures the program works within University and NCAA rules and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assisting in all facets of the men's & women's D1 varsity programs.
  • Assist in evaluation & recruitment of potential student athletes
  • Organizing and planning practices & games
  • Monitoring academic progress of both programs
  • Assist in video analytics & scouting
  • Planning team travel
  • Fundraising

Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Female applicant preferred
  • Collegiate playing experience preferred
  • Coaching experience at any level preferred
  • Review of candidates will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.

Target Salary
$36,720/year
(Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications).
