Job Description
NAOVI is seeking a Cloud Engineer with programming responsibilities to provide technical support for all government broadcast systems. The tasks are as follows:
Mandatory Skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • All candidates will have to currently possess an Active TSSCI w/FS polygraph security clearance. Required
  • Candidates without clearance will NOT be considered for this position.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cloud-based networks with very high data security requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS and cloud services to include API configurations.
  • Demonstrated experience with programming languages including Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell.
  • Demonstrated experience with operating systems such as Linux and Android.
  • Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Perl.
  • Demonstrated experience with System Administration such as Linux RHEL, patching, server installs, firmware upgrades, and testing between firmware/patch levels.
  • Demonstrated experience with Cloud Engineering such as familiarity with medialive, automating dynamo table updates, troubleshooting within the cloud platform, and providing input on troubleshooting toolsets.

Optional Skills
  • Demonstrated experience with analog and digital communications with Satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, and FM radio.
  • Demonstrated experience with video codecs and streaming technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with video encoding equipment and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with specific broadcast systems such as a specialized FM radio system and the Sponsors TV and radio signal devices such as scalable portable remote devices.
  • Demonstrated experience with IP network routing and switching.
  • Demonstrated experience performing installations, configuration, and operations of broadcast equipment.
