As a Salesforce Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using the Java programming language and the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our team of developers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and implement scalable and high-performance software systems
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software development
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java and Salesforce development
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
  • Develop software solutions using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
  • Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
  • Create testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Java programming language
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, practices, and patterns
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
