How do Programming Instructors typically balance teaching diverse skill levels within a single class?

Programming Instructors often encounter students with varying backgrounds and experience levels in the same classroom. To address this, instructors use differentiated instruction techniques such as offering tiered assignments, providing optional enrichment activities, and leveraging peer collaboration to ensure all learners are engaged.
