Are you an Engineering Director / Manager from a PCBA / SMT manufacturing background looking to lead a highly skilled engineering team while driving process improvements, NPI, manufacturing efficiency, and technical excellence across a growing electronics manufacturing facility?


Do you want to join a stable and expanding manufacturer where you'll play a key role in leading Process and SMT Engineering, developing technical teams, and driving improvements across complex PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing operations?


This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established electronics manufacturer that continues to invest heavily in technology, automation, operational excellence, and engineering development. In this senior leadership role, you will lead a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Programmers across Process, Mechanical, and SMT Engineering. You will oversee engineering projects and NPI, drive manufacturing KPIs, and work closely with Operations, Program Management, and Planning to improve process robustness, quality, throughput, and on-time delivery.


This role would suit an experienced Engineering Director looking to take ownership of a critical technical leadership position within a growing electronics manufacturer.


The Role:

  • Lead and develop a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Programmers across Process, Mechanical, and SMT Engineering
  • Oversee engineering projects, NPI timelines, budgets, technical resources, and customer requirements
  • Drive PCBA / SMT process improvements, manufacturing KPIs, OTD, quality, throughput, and production efficiency
