As an Engineering Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting design and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Coordinator

Location:Corvallis, OR

What's the Job?

  • Support engineering and change management teams with part and BOM management using Windchill (PDM system)
  • Coordinate ordering, tracking, and logistics of engineering parts and materials
  • Execute assigned portions of the change management process and support engineers in progressing changes through approved workflows
  • Ensure change records and product data are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain) to advance changes

What's Needed?

  • AA/AS Degree in Business or Technical area or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience working with BOMs, product structures, or engineering documentation
  • Familiarity with product data management systems (Windchill preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
