How will you contribute to the team. To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Support the coordination of multidisciplinary design inputs for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Assist with tracking design submissions and approvals in accordance with project schedules. Monitor and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), design changes, and interface issues. Ensure integration of design deliverables with construction methodologies, staging, and sequencing plans.

Collaborate with environmental, geotechnical, utilities, and permitting teams to ensure design inputs reflect field conditions and constraints. Help prepare and maintain design documentation, reports, logs, and compliance records. Education and Experience: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in design coordination, engineering support, or technical project roles in infrastructure or transit construction. Familiarity with progressive design-build or P3 delivery models is preferred. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and interdisciplinary coordination practices.

Proficiency in design software and collaboration tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Salary Range: Between $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience Think you're the right fit.
