Job Title: Material Coordinator Planning & Control
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Davenport, IA 52809
Duration: 16 Months
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, 40-50 hrs/week, OT possible)
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate material flow across multiple departments
  • Ensure production teams have required parts and materials
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve shortages
  • Expedite critical parts and manage rejected material returns
  • Create and distribute daily production schedules from the Master Schedule
  • Audit material replenishment cycles and inventory transactions
  • Perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
  • Support engineering release and change management activities
  • Work with manufacturing, material flow, and other functional teams
  • Maintain documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools
