Your future role
  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operations Coordinators
  • Oversee project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Manage licensing and compliance for multi-state projects, including GC licensing
  • Support structural engineering needs and facility integration projects
  • Collaborate with leadership on business development, risk management, and long-term strategy

Required skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field

  • Strong understanding of construction and structural engineering principles
  • Ability to navigate multi-state licensing requirements
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT preferred
