The Opportunity: Programmer / Analyst
AmeriCU is seeking a skilled Programmer/Analyst to join our Member Technology Solutions team. You will play an integral role in analyzing, designing, developing, and supporting core applications across the organization. This position bridges the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our systems empower members to achieve financial success.

What You'll Do: Programmer / Analyst
What You Will Do
  • Development amp; Reporting: Create and modify reports, forms, and maintenance programs based on requirements from Business Systems Analysts.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with internal divisions and vendors to implement, test, and troubleshoot new software and program changes.
  • Operations amp; Automation: Manage automated file transmissions, routine database maintenance, software patches, backups, and critical cycle processing (daily, monthly, year-end).
  • Troubleshooting: Take swift corrective action on program defects, data errors, and system failures to ensure uninterrupted processing.
  • Mentorship: Serve as a technical mentor to Junior Programmers to build their development and troubleshooting skills.
