• develop, enhance, maintain, and support enterprise applications and software solutions that support City departments and business operations
• developing program specifications based on user and business requirements
• preparing technical documentation
• performing coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and maintenance activities
• collaborate with Systems Analysts, Project Leaders, fellow developers, and end users to deliver reliable and scalable technology solutions
• ensuring system performance, maintainability, and compliance with established standards
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of Programming and Application Development experience.
• Experience developing software applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Experience creating program specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience coding, testing, debugging, and implementing application solutions.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing applications and software modules.
