โ€ข Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk
โ€ข Participate in application architecture functions including estimating and defining time tables, cost and project tasks
โ€ข Recommend solutions to improve business with a focus on core architecture, technology strategies and standards
โ€ข Guide others through change impact analysis
โ€ข Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
โ€ข Review, analyze, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
โ€ข Create and recommend improvements to unit, test plans and testing process based on assessment of organizational needs
โ€ข Collaborate closely with teams in all stages of software development lifecycle including design, development and testing of the system
โ€ข Design basic and detailed program specifications while ensuring that expected application performance levels are achieved by managing interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations
โ€ข Guide technical staff and business partners to investigate, review, and solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems

โ€ข Good understanding of third-party dependency management and transitive dependency issues
โ€ข Strong knowledge on DB2 database
โ€ข Understanding of the software development life cycle/Agile development experience
โ€ข Experience with implementation and release management activities
โ€ข Good understanding of unit/system and functional testing methodologies
โ€ข Experience working in large transaction-based systems
โ€ข ; Experience writing technical designs
โ€ข Experience documenting technical functions
โ€ข Strong Communication and good leadership skills
โ€ข Have a strong ability and interest in working with a diverse range of technical and non-technical teams.
