Job description

You will be the Sr. NC Programmer - Level 3 for the CNC Programming team which is responsible for developing and maintaining numericcontrol programs that support highprecision aerospace production.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Sr. NC Programmer - Level 3 you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and sustaining CNC code that drives critical manufacturing equipment.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Develop and validate NC programs for milling, turning, and drilling operations, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and tolerances.

  • Analyze machining results, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions to improve cycle time and part quality.

  • Maintain and update machine parameters, tool libraries, and postprocessors to reflect new part designs and technology upgrades.

  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior programmers and shopfloor operators on bestpractice coding techniques.

  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve nonconformances and support continuousimprovement initiatives.
